David Cartier is the digital marketing manager for the Beaufort Hotel and 34° North Restaurant. He and his wife Betsy co-owned Hungry Town Tours for 10 years.
David is a past board member of Carteret Catch, Beaufort Wine & Food, and the Olde Beaufort Farmers’ Market.
David served on the judging panel for the eastern regional semi-final round of the Chef Showdown, hosted by the North Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Association. He also served as a judge for Beer, Bubbles & BBQ hosted by Beaufort Wine & Food.
