In addition to steak, Ribeye’s also serves a tasty Simply Grilled menu, consisting of your choices of grilled boneless chicken breast, grilled shrimp, grilled pork chop, and grilled salmon, scallops or tuna. Simply Grilled entrées are served with your choice of potato or steamed veggies and Texas toast.
Ribeye’s has downtown Beaufort’s only salad bar. The endless salad bar is made fresh every day. They break iceberg lettuce by hand and mix it with fresh cut romaine. Visitors have at least 28 additional salad bar items from which to choose. It’s pretty impressive. They use only premium quality Ken’s Steak House salad dressings.
The culinary team at Ribeye’s uses a team approach to service. The server comes to the table to take your drink order while the chef comes to take your food order. The chef explains the menu to you and answers any questions you may have. This method of service ensures that the chef prepares your food exactly like you want it. The server will check back with you to see if you would like any condiments or sauces and to refill your drinks
