Monday – All American Night
Lavish, heaping servings of crispy Southern-style fried chicken, each piece cooked to a deep golden crunch and bursting with rich flavor. Paired with Southern Brunswick stew, bursting with flavor in every bite. Served with homemade potato salad, vibrant tri‑color pasta salad, and tender seasoned green beans. Tuesday – Tropical Island Night
Bountiful helpings of perfectly glazed sliced chicken with pineapples cooked to perfection. Coconut shrimp paired with homemade mashed potatoes green beans, and hushpuppies. Drinks include water, sweet tea and unsweet tea. End the night with chef’s choice of dessert.
Wednesday – Fiesta Night
A unique take on Mexican cuisine. A fascinating blend of authentic and fresh dishes. Experience bold flavors and inspiring aromas with grilled chicken seasoned to perfection, steak fillet tenderized, seasoned onions and Poblano peppers. Paired with Yellow Mexican rice, refried beans, guacamole, and salad with Pico de Gallo and crema. Complimented by freshly made flour tortillas and tortilla chips with homemade salsa. Sunday – Wild Horse and Dolphin Brunch
