34° North Restaurant features two unique dishes from Marshallberg Sturgeon Caviar: Traditional Osetra and Classic Osetra. These are paired with crème fraîche, and a new fangled potato chip. These local caviar dishes are a must-have for both the novice and the experienced caviar lover.
Located just 12 miles from Beaufort, Marshallberg Farm is the largest producer of Russian Sturgeon meat and Osetra caviar in North America.
